This condition hinders the competitiveness of local products in the wider market and is exacerbated by the accelerated adoption of e-markets after COVID-19. Data from APJII underscores this urgency, with 90% of Indonesia's 202.6 million internet users actively shopping online. Changes in consumer behavior have made the electronic market a crucial marketing channel. As a form of responsibility of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Pancasakti University Tegal, the community service team offers solutions in the form of socialization and training programs. This program aims to introduce and facilitate members of the Balamoa Village PKK in utilizing the market reach of digitalized e-market products to achieve village economic independence. The program activity, titled “Village Digitalization: Enhancing the Competitiveness of Local PKK Products Through E-Market,” hopes to optimize the marketing of local products, create new jobs, and support local economic independence.</p> Sri Sutjiatmi, Annisa Adilla, Diryo Suparto, Afisa afisa Copyright (c) 2025 Annisa Adilla, Sri Sutjiatmi, Diryo Suparto, Afisa afisa https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ajecom.org/index.php/ajec/article/view/88 Mon, 10 Nov 2025 00:00:00 +0700 SOCIALIZATION AND EDUCATION OF THE 3R PRINCIPLES (REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE) IN WASTE REDUCTION AT THE 3R TPS IN BANYUMUDAL VILLAGE, MOGA DISTRICT, PEMALANG REGENCY https://ajecom.org/index.php/ajec/article/view/89 <p>The extremely high waste production of 110.77 cubic meters per day (dlh.pemalangkab.go.id, 2024) in Moga District makes waste management a crucial issue. In addition to the overcapacity of the final processing site (TPA), low public understanding of waste sorting and processing is a major obstacle to waste management in Moga District, Pemalang Regency. Moga District was chosen as the location for this community service program because it is one of the largest waste producers in the southern region of Pemalang Regency. The 3R principle socialization activity, held in conjunction with the Community Service Program (KKN) of the BDS (Bina Desa Sakti) program at Pancasakti University, Tegal, aimed to educate the community and administrators of the 3R waste processing site (TPS) in Banyumudal Village, Moga District, about the importance of optimizing the 3R TPS in waste management.</p> Agus Setio Widodo, Unggul Sugi Harto Copyright (c) 2025 Agus Setio Widodo, Unggul Sugi Harto https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ajecom.org/index.php/ajec/article/view/89 Tue, 11 Nov 2025 00:00:00 +0700
