The actual student work (KKN) is one form of student service to the community, where students are required to play an active role in carrying out activities (noviyanti et al., 2018). They arrange to be realized, socialize, interact with people's lives in a particular place or region by applying disciplines to the community 1. Therefore, the actual student work (KKN) program is a form of student service to the community and is part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education 2.

Universitas Pancasakti Tegal, as one of the educational institutions located in the Tegal city, should actively participate in development in institutional education, economics, and social (environmental empowerment). The participation is by students and the community around the campus or the wider community 3 4. In addition to the two prospects, there are still some other potentials, especially Pulo Kodok Beach, located on the coast of the stage village, which is its attraction from the village stage 5. However, in reality, in the field, a lot of home industries are still not optimized. Geographical Condition of Panggung Village, East Tegal District, Tegal City. Panggung village locates in the District of West Tegal, Tegal City, geographically located 6°864’381” South Latitude and 109°144’254” East Longitude. The area of Panggung Village is ± 223 ha which is divided into 14 Rukun Warga (RW) with 140 Rukun Tetangga (RT). Panggung village is one of 27 (Twenty-seven) villages in Tegal city that belongs to the working area of East Tegal Subdistrict. with the following boundaries North: Java Sea, East: Ketiwon River, Mejasem Village, and Dampyak Village, South: Slerok Village, and Kejambon Village and West Side: Mintaragen Village and Mangkukusuman Village. We use "Youth Training and Publications." The reason and purpose base on observations and interviews with one of the doctors at Puskesmas Panggung, dr. Luluk discussed with KKN students who agreed to carry out a coaching work program for the youth of the village stage by holding a "Gebyar Remaja Kampung KB" held for four days. Training activities "Gebyar Remaja Kampung KB" is essential because it is helpful to increase knowledge or skills, especially for those who prepare for the "Gebyar Remaja Kampung KB" event; therefore the purpose of holding Training is as follows: (1) increase the creativity of the youth to display something new (Tegar Prabawa, 2020), (2) improve morale and behavior so that the youth remain polite and polite 7, (3) reduce the possibility of mistakes during the event, (4) give participants a platform to develop the potential that they have been having 8, (5)develop the creativity of the participants in the field of Gebyar Remaja and (6) grow and develop the confidence of the participants Gebyar Remaja 6

The previous work program, namely “Gebyar Remaja Kampung KB” held a youth “Gebyar Remaja Kampung KB” event in the District of east Tegal. The publication can motivate teenagers outside the district tegal east by looking through youtube, Instagram, and newspapers. The purpose of the “Gebyar Remaja Kampung KB” publication activities are: (1) documenting “Gebyar Remaja Kampung KB” activities; (2) promote youth “Gebyar Remaja Kampung KB” activities to internet users, both adolescents and adults; and (3) disseminate “Gebyar Remaja Kampung KB” activities through various social media such as Youtube, Instagram, and Newspapers. Participants who participated in the Training (Training) are students and junior high school students who will attend the “Gebyar Remaja Kampung KB” event on July 26, 2019. Students who participated in the Training numbered 11 children, among others: Muhammad Yanuar Rocman, Hilal Rofi Permana, Bagus Febrian Wicaksono, Khikayatul Laely, Isnaeni Zahrotul Aqila, Dina Akfilni, Ashalatul F, Mega Prasetyani Rochaeni, Sukma Ayu Andini, Farista Nabila, and Aprilia Nurul Arini.

The narrative of “Gebyar Remaja Kampung KB” activities carrying starting at 08.00 WIB is the culmination of an event held by the east Tegal health center after a series of health roadshows in various schools in the East Tegal neighborhood. The series of activities “Gebyar Remaja Kampung KB” is as follows: (1) filling the list of participants “Gebyar Remaja Kampung KB” teenagers from I junior high school and high school / vocational / MI, (2) dodgy gymnastics by the children of the village stage, (3) the drama “Cigarettes kill you” by the children, (4) the opening of “Gebyar Remaja Kampung KB” activities by the father of East Tegal Subdistrict, (5) Gambyong Pangkur dance, (6) signing of joint agreements across sectors by doctors Puskesmas Panggung and police, (7) giving material by kak Nella from kampong Dongeng Kota Tegal and (8) children’s choir event Panggung Village.

Outside the work program, participants who participated in the Training (Training) received more benefits in terms of quality of appearance and confidence because it has been through Training before performing in the “Gebyar Remaja Kampung KB” event in 2019. Participants also get a reward in the form of a certificate issued by KKN students who hold this training program.

The implementation of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) is one of the manifestations of the value of Tri Dharma Higher Education, namely community service. Therefore, the implementation of KKN should emphasize more on activities that can directly help the target area community of KKN activities. The performance of the KKN program in the village stage Tegal Timur District Tegal city held from July 21, 2019, to September 05, 2019, went very well.
